Global Assurance S.A. can, in co-operation with Maitland S.A. in Luxembourg, offer full management service for Luxembourg legal entities; domiciliation, bookkeeping, preparation of accounts, agree-ments and other legal documents in order to keep the companies in constant good-standing.

Cyprus

We co-operate with Consulco Limited in Cyprus, who offer full administration service to their clients. Global Assurance S.A. assist
our clients with the incorporation and the on-going business activities such as issuing of agreements, proxies and other legal documents.

United Kingdom

Our business partners in the United Kingdom are Adbell International Limited and Sovereign Group. Global Assurance S.A. provide clients with assistance regarding incorporation and advisory services in respect of the business activities of the companies.

Sweden

Global Assurance S.A. provide full management service for our clients, including incorporation, bookkeeping and issuing of other relevant documentation. We handle the companies in direct connection with the Swedish trade register (Bolagsverket) and the Swedish tax authorities.
